📔Getting started with Zapier integration
The Zapier integration is available under the Pro and Plus plans with the ad variations production add-on, so it requires a plan upgrade if you don't have the add-on yet.
1. Get your Creatopy designs ready
The integration with Zapier allows you to automatically create design variations based on already existing Creatopy designs in your account. So, to use Creatopy with Zapier, you need an active subscription to Creatopy and a few designs or design sets under your team.
Make sure the designs you'll use as templates in Zapier have their layers named, and don't use the same naming for 2 layers so they can be identified in Zapier. You'll have to indicate in Zapier which layer or element you want to change in order to generate a new design.
If you have designs with multiple slides, it's best to name the layers differently, like "Heading slide1, heading slide2", etc., so they can be identified in Zapier to replace the content in each layer as you wish.
Another important thing to remember when working with Zapier is to ensure that the new elements you'll use to create design variations should be of similar size and format to the original elements in your template. For example, if your original heading is 4 words, try to keep the new heading to a similar size so the newly generated creative looks good.

2. Create an API key
In your Creatopy account, under your profile (upper right corner where your name is), go to Manage account and select API credentials. On this screen, you can create an API key which you'll use to connect your Creatopy account to your Zapier account later on. We'll show you later how you use it.
3. Access Zapier
Use the Access Zapier link to start connecting Creatopy and Zapier. Accept the invite like in the screenshot below so you can find the Creatopy app in Zapier and start building your first zap.
Deleting an API key will block all already configured integrations from accessing Creatopy's API. That means your Zapier workflows won't work anymore, for example. Either create a new API key and replace it in the integrations you made before deleting it, or generate a new one and re-create the integrations.
